With a variety of experiences under his belt, Jack's history with training has seen him take on multiple challenges that most of us can relate to. Having previously dropped from just under 400lbs to 250lbs in the space of a year, Jack brings a strong knowledge and understanding of the challenges that losing extra weight and starting in the gym can bring. Alongside a short stint serving in the British Army, Jack has also completed several marathons and enjoys using the gym to build the foundations for his running and aid in his weight loss journeys.
Currently studying towards a Level 4 in Strength and Conditioning, as well as Level 4s in Nutrition and Specialist Exercise (For Obese Individuals), Jack takes the lead in working with the 'everyday' person who may be new to the gym, looking to lose a bit of weight, or wanting to run their first 5k (or marathon!)
Currently serving in the British Army as a physical training instructor, Callum's day to day job sees him working with recruits and soldiers looking to attempt one of the military's most arduous courses- P company. His training CV is extensive, having completed multiple courses within the military and completing marathons and ultramarathons in his spare time, alongside competing as a boxer and cross country runner.
Callum takes the lead when it comes to working with individuals with specific aims looking to take their performance to the next level- whether you're an athlete competing in a sport or you want to become one, Callum's advanced knowledge on performance and nutrition has you covered. When he's not training for his next event, Callum can usually be found exploring the outdoors with his camping gear and dog Lilly.

What We Offer
4 Week 'Gym Introduction' Programme- Aimed at beginners, this provides an introduction to strength training and the gym.
Running Programme- From beginner to advanced runners, we cover not just running performance but also injury prevention and running from a holistic approach.
4-12 Week Training Blocks- Aimed at individuals who are already training and want to take the next step in dialling in their performance, tailored to you and your aims.
